Healthier Mac & Cheese
I took a stab at this 'healthier' mac & cheese recipe by 'Better Homes and Gardens'. It came out quite great. However felt four cheeses were not necessarily needed. Use your 'instinct' on your desired 'cheese' and 'cheesiness':). I utilized some vegetable pasta to make it a bit more diabetic friendly. However let me say folks, whole grain, vegetable, gluten free... SAME AMOUNT OF CALORIES.
