This awesome recipe is all Nydia of 'Nydia's Miami Kitchen' channel on YouTube.  I made this and it is a weekly staple when fresh corn is in season.  I also have to make a huge pot because my husbands staff has to have a bowl also.  This recipe is definitely a keeper!!
