Easy Tuna Pasta
So simple with two basics. Tuna, pasta. Twist and tweek to your liking.
- juice of six lemons
- chopped garlic
- can of tuna of your choice. I use albacore in water.
- sliced cherry tomatoes
- Saute garlic in a bit of olive oil. Add capers. As much or little as you want. I use alot. Fry for a bit then add the lemon juice. Get the juice heated and add tuna and turn off the stove. It's basically to infuse the flavors into the tune. Boil your pasta and when done, mix with your tuna lemon sauce. Plate up with some fresh sliced cherry tomatoes. I add a bit of Italian basil. A yummy light lunch or dinner. And tastes super the next day lightly heated!
