Tastes Like an Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake

Thanks to 'A Farmer and the Dell' (.com) for the recipe. I just added protein powder.
  • One banana
  • 4 large dates pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbs pure maple syrup (I used low cal what had in the fridge)
  • Cinnamon sprinkle to taste
  • Light sprinkle of sea salt (? I am not sure it makes a difference)
  • A few ice cubes
  • One serving your protein powder of choice
Blend and serve:)
