Tastes Like an Oatmeal Cookie Protein Shake
Thanks to 'A Farmer and the Dell' (.com) for the recipe. I just added protein powder.
- One banana
- 4 large dates pitted and chopped
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbs pure maple syrup (I used low cal what had in the fridge)
- Cinnamon sprinkle to taste
- Light sprinkle of sea salt (? I am not sure it makes a difference)
- A few ice cubes
- One serving your protein powder of choice
Blend and serve:)
